Delivery

All our books are sent to you directly by the author or publisher. Please allow up to one week for delivery within the UK and up to two weeks for delivery overseas. Please contact us if you have not received your book(s) within these times.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will be pleased to accept returns within 14 days of your order. Naturally enough the book(s) must be undamaged and resaleable. In the case of a faulty book we will replace it if returned to us within 30 days. In either case, please package the book carefully and enclose a covering note with details of your reason for return, and what you would like us to do about it. Please also include your order number and details of your original method of payment.

If the book is damaged we will refund the cost of delivery as well, however if you are returning the book for any other reason you will have to incur the costs of returning the book to us and we will not refund your original postage. If the book is damaged please send us a proof of postage so that we can return the amount to you.
