About the author... Food is all James McIntosh has ever known. Having grown up on a farm in Northern Ireland and studying Home Economics to degree level, it was inevitable that his love of food would become his vocation.
In 2005, at the age of 25, James set up 'Whisk' (the only home economics consultancy in the UK) to provide support and advice to manufacturers, retailers and distributors of food and kitchen products. James has previously worked for the Le Cordon Bleu cookery schools and the Good Housekeeping Institute.
He lives in london, travels a lot and loves to visit the farm in Northern Ireland where it all began, to see his family and find out what the neighbours are up to!
