Peter Chadwick has been a horticultural explorer for Over 40 years and his professional life is involved with the field scale production of vegetables. He lives in Worcestershire and plays the saxophone when he is not growing crops.
Elisabeth Winkler is the editor of The Spark magazine, the free ethical eco-quarterly for Bristol and the west and also of the Mother Earth journal. A member of the Guild of Food Writers, Elisabeth writes a food blog based on what's on her (usually seasonal and organic) plate.
